Furry Friends Are Welcome at The Lacy Apartments
At The Lacy, we believe home is where every member of the family feels welcome—including your beloved pets. Our four-legged residents will enjoy leisurely strolls through South Main and the lush parks nearby, while our feline friends can bask in the sun streaming through spacious windows. With up to two pets allowed per household, your cherished companions will fit right in. Pet rent is $20 per pet, with a $400 non-refundable pet-fee for the first pet, and an additional $200 for the second pet required at move-in.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals.

Pet and Breed Restrictions
Restricted breeds that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pit Bull Terriers/ Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweilers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Chows
- Presa Canarios
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Wolf-Hybrids
- Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
